Η μεγάλη αλήθεια. Δεν έχει καμιά σχέση με το ταλέντο και την αξία του καλλιτέχνη ο χαρακτήρας του. Τεράστιοι μουσικοί, ηθοποιοί, συγγραφείς είναι αληταράδες του κερατά. Στην προσωπική τους ζωή κουβαλάνε ένα κάρο ανωμαλίες, διαφόρων ειδών ακρότητες. Μήπως έχει αλήθεια και το άλλο. Δεν θα έβγαινε το χάρισμα τους, το δωρισμένο σ΄αυτούς ταλέντο, αν δεν ήταν και λίγο... παλιάνθρωποι. Μας δίνει την ευκαιρία η αναφορά σήμερα στον βραβευμένο και ποιοτικό κινηματογραφικό ηθοποιό Sean Justin Penn, ο οποίος γεννήθηκε το 1960, σα σήμερα 17 Αυγούστου, από γονείς ηθοποιούς. Έγινε ο σταρ με φάτσα απόλυτου αληταρά. Κοψιά παράνομου του πεζοδρομίου, του φτηνού εγκληματικού περιθωρίου. Τίποτα μικροκλοπές, ίσως βαποράκι βρωμογειτονιάς. Ο ορισμός της αντικοινωνικότητας, της αναίδειας στα μάτια του, στα χαρακτηριστικά του προσώπου του. Τον Σων Πεν είναι αδύνατον να τον δεις στο γκισέ τραπεζικό υπάλληλο, έναν πλασιέ, δικηγόρο, ιατρό.

Court to change my defendant’s verdict and apply life imprisonment as
the exceptional measure of punishment, Yulia Tserkovnikova said
MOSCOW, June 29. /TASS/. The defense team of UK citizen Shaun Pinner, earlier sentenced to death for mercenarism by a court in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), has requested to replace his death verdict with life imprisonment, his lawyer has told TASS.
"We have requested [the DPR Supreme Court] to change my defendant’s verdict and apply life imprisonment as the exceptional measure of punishment," Yulia Tserkovnikova said.
The DPR Supreme Court confirmed on Tuesday night it had received the cassation appeal regarding Pinner.
"A cassation appeal is to be heard no later than two months after the case had been sent," a court official has told TASS.
On June 9, a DPR court sentenced Moroccan citizen Brahim Saadoun and UK citizens Shaun Pinner and Aiden Aslin to death on charges of taking part in the Ukrainian conflict as mercenaries. They were captured in Donbass.
Defense lawyers of Aslin and Saadoun told TASS they were also preparing to appeal the verdicts.
